Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At Jzarr LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that investing in web development services is a significant decision, and we strive to ensure every client is happy with the final product. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service Type

2.1 Starter Site Package

  • Full Refund: Eligible if requested before any design work has commenced. You must request the refund within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Partial Refund (50%): Eligible if design work has started but the first draft has not yet been delivered. Covers the remaining work not yet performed.
  • No Refund: Once the first design draft has been delivered for review, the project is considered in-progress and is no longer eligible for a refund. However, you retain all included revision rounds to refine the design to your satisfaction.

2.2 Business Pro Package

  • Full Refund: Eligible if requested within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided design or development work has not yet commenced.
  • Partial Refund (Pro-Rated): If work has begun but you wish to cancel, you will be charged for the work completed at our standard hourly rate, minus an administrative fee of 15%. The remaining balance will be refunded.
  • No Refund: Once the project has progressed past the midpoint milestone (typically the first full design presentation), refunds are not available. We will work with you through the included revision rounds to address any concerns.

2.3 Enterprise Build Package

  • Full Refund: Eligible if requested within 72 hours of order confirmation, before any work has commenced.
  • Milestone-Based Refunds: Enterprise projects are divided into milestones as outlined in the order confirmation. If you choose to cancel, you will be refunded for any milestones not yet started, minus a 10% administrative fee on the refunded portion.
  • No Refund: Once a milestone has been completed and approved, that portion of the project fee is non-refundable.

2.4 Add-On Services

  • E-commerce Store Add-On: Refundable under the same terms as the base package it accompanies. Once e-commerce setup has been initiated, the add-on fee becomes non-refundable.
  • Logo & Branding Kit: Eligible for a full refund before concept sketches are delivered. Once the first logo concepts are presented, a 50% partial refund applies. After the final logo is approved, no refund is available.
  • SEO Content Package: Refundable before keyword research and content strategy are delivered. Once content creation has begun, a pro-rated refund based on completed work applies.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind after the project has been completed and delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction due to a failure to provide timely feedback or required materials, resulting in the project being completed according to the initial specifications.
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domain registration, hosting fees, premium plugins, stock photography, font licenses) as these are paid directly to third parties.
  • Projects delayed by more than 30 days due to client unresponsiveness. In such cases, the project is considered abandoned and the full fee is retained as compensation for resources allocated.
  • Projects canceled after the client has approved all milestone deliverables and the final site has been delivered.

4. Refund Request Process

  1. Submit a Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@jzarrllc.com. Include your order number, the date of purchase, the package or service purchased, and a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 3 business days and may contact you for additional information or to discuss your concerns. In many cases, we may propose a revised approach or additional revisions as an alternative to a refund.
  3. Decision Notification: You will receive a written response with our decision within 5 business days of submitting your request. If approved, we will specify the refund amount and the expected timeline for processing.
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably. The following steps outline our dispute resolution process:

  1. Internal Review: Request an internal review of the refund decision by a senior team member. This review will be conducted within 5 business days.
  2. Mediation: If the internal review does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any other remedies. Mediation costs will be shared equally.
  3. Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Wake County, North Carolina.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with their credit card company or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in the suspension of services and may be contested with relevant documentation. We reserve the right to recover any costs incurred in defending against unjustified chargebacks.

7. Non-Delivery

In the rare event that Jzarr is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made for the undelivered portion of the project. We will notify you promptly of any issues that may affect our ability to deliver and provide a revised timeline or full refund option.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. The refund policy applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time of your order. We recommend reviewing this policy before making a purchase.
